“When the joy goes out of eating, nutrition suffers.” – Ellyn Satter
This team of experts in nutrition will work together to discuss the role nutrition plays as an essential part of growing a healthy body and brain. They will explore various factors that can impact the nervous system, including food allergies and sensitivities, and overall gastrointestinal health. Parents will learn how to implement an appropriate division of responsibility in feeding and eating to raise competent eaters and make mealtimes more pleasant. They will also explore how playing with food can influence an ability to expand their tastes and boost their eating confidence. Let’s make food fun again!
